Tour Plan

Begin your adventure in Namibia’s welcoming capital, Windhoek. After arriving, you’ll be transferred to your hotel for a restful overnight stay, preparing for the exciting days ahead.

Head to Etosha National Park, one of Africa’s premier wildlife reserves. Over the next two days, embark on exhilarating game drives across Etosha’s varied landscapes, spotting iconic African wildlife like elephants, lions, giraffes, and countless bird species that thrive around Etosha’s salt pans and watering holes.

Travel north to the remote Kaokoland region, home to the semi-nomadic Himba people. Visit local villages, learn about the Himba’s unique traditions and lifestyle, and gain insight into their distinctive customs and culture, from traditional dress to ochre-based body adornment.

Journey along the picturesque Kunene River, which forms Namibia’s natural border with Angola. The lush riverbanks create an oasis-like setting amid the arid landscapes, offering opportunities to explore the area’s remarkable flora and fauna. Enjoy optional activities such as river cruises or nature walks, taking in this pristine, remote region.

Head to the rugged beauty of Damaraland, where you’ll discover one of the richest collections of ancient rock art in Africa at Twyfelfontein, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Marvel at these fascinating petroglyphs and gain insight into the lives of Namibia’s earliest inhabitants. This region also offers unique geological formations, such as the Organ Pipes and Burnt Mountain.

After a week filled with exploration and discovery, journey back to Windhoek. Spend a relaxing evening reflecting on your safari experiences and maybe pick up some souvenirs from local markets.

On your final day, bid farewell to Namibia. Transfer to the airport for your journey home, carrying incredible memories of Namibia’s wildlife, landscapes, and cultural treasures.

This 10-day safari showcases Namibia’s diverse ecosystems, wildlife, and rich cultural heritage, offering an immersive and enriching adventure that will leave you inspired by the natural wonders of this extraordinary country.
